Sally-Ann's first book - Let Food Be Your
Medicine - is a result of her own personal struggle with
lifelong illness.

In it she shares her story of chronic illness and her subsequent
miraculous recovery and how the reader can achieve the same results by

The book begins with an account of Sally-Ann's gradual decline into
hopeless chronic illness, and how a nutritionally aware medical
doctor, Dr Robbie Simons, showed her the way out of her despair

intervention can reverse damage and restore vibrant health.
