ABOUT THE author
Sally-Ann Creed is a qualified Clinical Nutritionist in
private practice. She serves on the Board of Experts of the South
African Journal of Natural Medicine and has been a regular
contributor to this magazine for several years. Sally-Ann is also
the Health Writer for Christian Living Today since 2004.
Aldyth Thomson has been an organiser of the Beauty for Ashes
women’s conference since its inception in 1996 and her passion is to
see women encouraged in their faith, absolutely sure of God’s great
love for them. She is married with three grown children.
